c)Cope’s law it postulates that population tends to increase in body size with passage of time or over evolutionary time. this law was first given by edward drinker cope . But this rule was not true for all organisms as increase in body size means increase in fittness and their can be number of reasons for it other than the one suggested by edward cope .
