Why the presence of so many nucleus in coconut water make it highly nutritious?

In coconut large quantities of ions such as Sodium, Potassium and chloride are available that acts as electrolytes in the patients upon consumption.
Similrly according to caloric value
coconut stands first and banana stands second.these features makes coconut high calorific and nutrituious foods.
I think its nutrients not nucleus
