Ribosomes -

It is a complex made up of RNA and protein and is the site for protein synthesis.

- wherein

Several ribosomes may attach to a single mRNA and form chains called polyribosomes or polysome.

Polysomes are strach of ribosomes composed of RNA and protein.

Hence option 2 is correct.

Dear student
Polysome is not inclusion body. Polysome refers to many ribosomes attached to a single m RNA in case of prokaryotic translation.
Hope it helps

A polyribosome (or polysome) is a complex of an mRNA molecule and two or more ribosomes that act to translate mRNA instructions into polypeptides. It is not a inclusion body.
