which is the most important chapter for the headig neet exams?

Almost all chapters are equally important when we consider biology part. I appeared NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER this year 2018. And concluded that they can ask questions from any part. So you read NCERT thoroughly. 

And if we want to consider some chapters then you should have a grip on human physiology, plant phisiology and tge last few chapters of class 12 that include the ecosystem and environment parts.
