Centrosomes responsible for organizing the spindle fibres.The centrosome is the main microtubule organizing the centre of the cell.Each dentrosome contains a pair of barallel shaped organelles called centrioles in which some plant cells (majority) lack centrioles

The spindle contains many fibres each composed of bundle of microtublules
