MYCOPLASMA are obligate anaeorobes reason is.....mycoplasma are PPLO( Pleuro Pneumonia Like Organisms) which can only survive in an environment deprived of oxygen...even  slight presence of oxygen doesnot make their survival 
hence they are obligate or STRICTLY ANAEOROBES....hope this ans helps you :):)
