In Glycolysis 4 Substrate level ATP and 2NADH2 are produced.
1 NADH2 means it will provide 3 ATP in Electron Transport Chain. So 2NADH2 means 6 ATP.
But in Glycolysis 2ATP molecules consumed. So the net gain of ATP in Glycolysis is 8 out of which 2 molecules produced.
Substrate level ATP means the ATP molecules which are directly produced.

In Kreb’s Cycle
2 ATP + 6 NADH+ 2 FADH2  are produce because this cycle occur two times in a single aerobic respiration.

6 NADH will provide 18 ATP molecules in Electron Transport Chain.
As we know 1 FADH2 molecule provide 2 ATP in ETC
i.e.  2 FADH will provide 4 ATP
and 2 ATP directly produce so Net gain of ATP is 24.
Thank you.

Net Gain of ATP is 38 because 2NADHalso produced in link  reaction.
