Cells are mainl formed from Abiotic components like , Protein , Carbohydrate , fat , etc , 
Which are made from carbon , nitrogen and oxygen , 
So , it is said that cells are made from de novo from abiotic materials

Answer: Cells are formed de novo from abiotic materials. Membrane-bound organelles are organelles surrounded by a double or a single membrane like Nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplasts, Lysosomes, ER, Golgi bodies etc. are examples of such organelles.
