HI PRASHYANT
There are two varieties of chromatin. They are euchromatin and heterochromatin. These two forms are distinguished in a cytological manner dealing with how intensely each form is stained. The euchromatin is less intense than heterochromatin. This only indicates that heterochromatin has tighter DNA packaging

EUCHROMATIN 1- it is darkly stained region of chromatin 2- it is compactly coiled region with more dna 3- it is generally inert as as cannot transcribe mrna due to tight coiling 4- it is late replicative EUCHROMATIN 1- it is lightly stained region 2- it is loosely coined region with less dna 3- it is generally active 4- its early replicative
