HI PRASHYANT
There are two varieties of chromatin. They are euchromatin and heterochromatin. These two forms are distinguished in a cytological manner dealing with how intensely each form is stained. The euchromatin is less intense than heterochromatin. This only indicates that heterochromatin has tighter DNA packaging

there are some besic diffrence that u need to understand .
EUCHROMATIN
1- it is darkly stained region of chromatin
2- it is compactly coiled region with more dna
3- it is generally inert as as cannot transcribe mrna due to tight coiling
4- it is late replicative
EUCHROMATIN
1- it is lightly stained region
2- it is loosely coined region with less dna
