What is the difference between stomata and cloraphyl?

Answer: The main difference between chloroplast and stomata is that chloroplast contains chlorophyll which aids in the process of photosynthesis whereas, stomata is that part of a plant's leaf which helps in the process of respiration. Thus, these two serve as completely separate faculties within a plant.
