Flora: it deals with plants and provides excat information of their habitat.
Manuals:they are useful in providing information of species found and contains name of species found in area .
Monograph: it gives information about one taxon such as family.
Catalogue: it is simply listing of all the species organized in some way .They are usually in alphabetical order.

As nouns the difference between manual and monograph

is that manualis a handbook while monographis a scholarly book or a treatise on a single subject or a group of related subjects, usually written by one person.

As an adjective manual

is performed with the hands (of an activity).

As a verb monograph is

to write a monograph on (a subject).
