Dear Student

You would be knowing that in Eukaryotes the precusor mRNA has introns- these are non- coding sequences which are present between exons.Spliceosomes are complex machines made of RNA+ Protein that remove the non-coding introns from primary transcript, precursor mRNA and link the exons.
