During the Cell division only we can find the appearance of Spindle fibre.
No spindle fibre formationn occurs during fertilisation process.
Many time they ask for fallopin tube.
For 12 zygotes- 12 Pollen tubes required.
For formation of 12 zygotes each pollen grain produces one pollen tube and fuses with one ovule and megaspore mother cell.
