Pyruvic+ 4NAD++ FAD + 2H2O+ADP + Pi
3CO2+4NADH + 4H++ FADH2+ATP
SO, in complete oxidation of two molecules of pyruva, 2 molecules ofATP, 8 NADH2and 2FADH2are obtained.
