3 option is the answer as Glycerol -3- phosphate shuttle produces only 2 ATP per NADH produced during glycolysis.
From One molecule of PGAL 2 ATP are produced by susbtrate phosphorylation and One NADH is produced in glycolysis. This NADH produced in cytoplasm will be transferred by the G-3-P shuttle to produce only 2 ATP. So by 1 PGAL 4ATP are produced total in Glycolysis.
In mitochondria The total ATP which will be formed in Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex and krebs cycle from one PGAL is 15 ATP.
Total making up 15+4 ATP= 19 ATP
