Some of the bacteria are autorophic,They synthesise their own food from inprganic substrates.The vast majority of bacteria are Heterotrophs i.e; They do not synthesise their own food but depend on other organisms or on dead organic matter for food

Statement 2 is false as only few are parasitic not many monerans. Many monerans are decomposer. Some Monerans are Autotrophic like blue green algae or chemoautotrophic.
Some are symbiotic eg Rhizobium bacteria fixes Nitrogen in leguminous plant roots.
pFew are parasitic
so Ans is C
