Hi, ans. is rRNA 16S rRNA , component of 30S rRNA unit of prokaryotic ribosome is used for phylogeny due to it`s slow rate of evolution .

the answer is rRNA
Reason: some molecules are conserved since many years and are still carried from one generation to another, they haven’t undergone any big/vast changes like rRNA and some protein sequences.
hence, we say that rRNA ia a very imp. factor to establish HOMOLOGY, to establish relationship between various organisms
such molecules are considered as ANCESTRAL characters, and are also very useful to study CHEMOTAXONOMY.
