Respiration is the breakdown of the C-C bond to release energy. The byproducts of this are carbon dioxide and water.
The respiration which takes place in the presence of oxygen is known as the aerobic respiration in which the glucose is broken down by the glycolysis pathway and the Krebs cycle takes place resulting in the formation of energy as ATP.
So, the correct option is 'Glucose + O₂'
