  1. Auxins move away from the illuminated site and collect on the shade side. Since auxins increase the stem growth. Auxins inhibits leaf fall and fruit fall.
  2. Whereas in association with auxin, cytokinins stimulates the cell division. controll cell differentiation and control apical dominance.
