Hi, Sachin Choudhary.
Answer is 2 polytrichum.
Just follow a simple logic here
Liver worts and Polytrichum belongs to bryophyta so only they have primitive sructures like protonema.
So Pinus-Gymnosperm is eliminated
So Spirogyra-Algae is eliminated.
Among the 1 and 2
Liver worts have liver/leaf shaped gametophyte in life cycle. So no thread like structure.
Polytrichum have protonema like structure in the life cycle. So thread like structures are there.
Protonema first formed thread like structures from the gametophytes
during the early stages of (the haploid phase or sexual part like seed) plant growth of
Bryophytes especially.
Attaching the life cycles images of liverworts and polytrichum go through it.
