the low concentration of auxin will inhibit the growth of root tip of the plant . 
so, option no b will turns out to be the correct answer . 
the DIRECT INHIBITION HYPOTHESIS , will happen in the result of cytokinin auxin ratio on their effect on growth and cell divison .
