yes , seeds do germinate inside the fruit , its called as VIVIPARY (LIVE BIRTH ) 
the condition is uncommon and happen usually with fruit which have high moisture content , and the level of absiccic acid will be reduced in that fruit . 
EXAMPLE – APPLE , PEAR , PITCH ETC .
