In the Chapter.....Organisms and populations, Class 12..... i didnt understand about the conformers. Can i get a simple explanation about the topic.

Confermers are those organism that cannot maintain a constant internal enviornment . 
their body temperature changes with the ambient temperature , here ambient temperature means the external temp . of the enviornment . 
example – nearly all animals ecept mammals and all plants . 
THEY ARE oppsite to the regulators as regulators are able to regulate the internal enviornment of the body . their internal temp. doesnot fluculates with external enviornment .
