answer is A: Nymphaea, it has its roots anchored to soil and its a floating hydrophyte.
Whereas Hydrilla is rooted and remains submerged in water.
Ceratophyllum is not rooted and is submerged floating hydrophyte.
Eicchornia is free floating hydrophyte
