Micro-spore mother cell is the parental (first) cell that form
Microsporongia upon meiosis cell division.

Each Anther contains 4 locules.
Each locule has 4 pollen mother cells.
So 10 anthers x4 pollen mother cells=40 pollen mother cells.
Each Pollen mother cell produces 4 Microsporongia due to meiosis cell-division.
So 40x4=160 microsporangia.
