u mst be kidding me..... both the answers are wrong....
the book GENERA PLANTARUM that was written by Carolus Linnaeus was publised in the year 1737. it contained the work of linnaeus in which he  grouped the palnts on the basis of there sexual charactersits into 23 groups (according to no.of pistil present).
the book written by bentham was  in the year 1862 which included the biggest and natural system of classification of spermatophyta. it was mainly based on floral characters.....
so both the books were dfferent books...
i hope i made it clear...

actually, carolus linnaeus(old name=carl von linne) published GENERA PLANTARUM in 1737(1st edition), but GEORGE BENTHAM  alongwith JOSEPH HOOKER also wrote the book with same name in 3 volumes between 1862 and 1883; but both had different contents.
after his death, HOOKER used to edit/revise it

Genera Plantarum is a book written by Bentham & Hooker, which was published in a publication as published by Carl Linnaeus. So,the answer would be Bentham & Hooker. Also, the proof of the answer lies in the fact that the natural system of classification is the most acceptable.
