Pasteurization is the process of heating liquid food to a temperature of 60to100°Cfor short duration of about 15 minutes and then rapidly cooling it to kills the pathogenic bacteria which caused diseases or may spoil the food.this process was dicovered in nineteenth century by the french scientist LOUIS PASTEUR.please kindly approved me
