2.Outer jacket cell + Primary androgonial cell

Jacket cells forms wallof antheredium.
whereas Androgonial cells forms antherozoids mother cells

The central cells divide to formouter jacket cellandprimary androgonial cell

The jacket cell divides to form a cover cell and second ring cell. Thefirst andsecond ring cells and cover cells form the wall of antheridium. The primary androgonial cell undergoes several divisionsto produce a mass of androcytes or antherozoid mothercells. Each androcyte changes into antherozoid.
