according to chargaff's rule number of purine is equal to number of pyramids then why uracil is not included [uracil is a pyramidine]

Dear student
Chargaff's rule is applicable for DNA only.
Uracil is present in RNA and not DNA therefore Uracil is not included though its a pyramidine.
