The question is very tricky,
among option 2&3 we will choose the one which satisfies with more probability &less contradiction.
 
2. somatic hybridisation mainly focuses on to produce hybrid from different species.(main principal)
3.somatic embryogenesis clearly defines propagation of the cell to produce embryo. whether it be from a single specie celled or from a hybrid cell.
