Dear student

As we see angle between two lines

tan theta = 2 sqrt(h^2 – ab)  / (a+ b)

now if h^2 – ab > 0 then lines are real intersecting as angle is non zero. but if h^2 – ab = 0 yhen anhle are zero hence coincident lines
