circles are intersecting
let c1 and c2 are centres of circle and d is distance between c1 and c2 and r1 and r2 are radii of circles
- if d> r1 + r2 4 common tangents
- d= r1+ r2 3 common tangents
- and if r1 – r2
when u calculate all thes parameters in ur question then statement 3 is verified so 2 commom tangents
