all you have to do here is to use the formula:
sinA/a= sinB/b= sinC/c= 1/2R where R is circumradius.
so you will actually find that A=90 degree.
after that you can use elementary trigonometry and pythagoras theorem to find the bisector lengths.
ratio is coming out as 7(root7 – 1)/9root2
so sum= 7+9+2= 18.

maybe my calculations could have gone wrong but the method is correct.
