obviously the perimeter= SA+AC+CT+arc(SBT)
now, arc(SBT)= 2pir/4= pi*6/2= 3pi
AC= RB= radius r= 6
also, SA+CT= SR – AR + RT – RC= SR + RT – (AR+RC)= r + r – (8)= 2r – 8= 2*6 – 8= 4
so, perimeter= 10+3pi
