Dear Student,
ATQ, as the point of intersection lies in 4th quadrant then x-coordinate id +ve
and y coordinate is -ve.
also as it is equdistant from both axes so x coordinate = - y coordinate
let it be (t,-t)
=> 3at-2at+c=0 and
=>5bt-2bt+d=0
therefore, -c/2a = -d/3b
so, 3bc-2ad = 0 [ans.]
