The equation of circle is x2+y2+2x-4y-4=0
The equation of its diameter is 3x+5y+c=0....( where c is a constant) as this line is parallel to 3x+5y-4=0
As the diameter passes through center (-1,2). so satisfy this point in the above equation. you will get c =-7
the correct option is A. Hope this clears your doubt.
