According to me some data in the question is missing as the equation of tangent to parabola has 3 basic forms ; parametric which is yt=x+at^2 or slope form where constant is replaced by a/m.So I think of any info about the parameter or slope of tangent is given then we can get a definite eqn of tangent. In your case the eqn in parametric form will be:yt=x+at^2+2a as the parabola given is a shifted parabola.

I just want to if the parabola is not in its standard form. Means we have to find the parabola by shifting the origin then how to find out the equation of the parabola
