We can solve this problem by letting a line parallel to the line given in the question... We know equation of line parallel to 4x+3y+5=0 is 4x +3y+k=0.. Where k is a constant... Let us suppose that this line is the tangent to the circle... Since it is a tangent to the circle therefore the perpendicular distance from the centre of circle is equal to its radius... Use this method and get the answer... Hope U like it
