find the equation to the straight lines joining the origin to the points in which the straight line y=mx+c cuts the circle, x^2+y^2=2ax+2by. hence find the condition that these points may subtend a right angle at origin

Homegenist the circle equation, wrt the given line....
And use the criteria (co-eff of x^2)+(co-eff of y^2) in the homogenised equation is zero.
And you'll get the condition.
