As the tangent is perpendicular to the point of contact ...it forms a right angled triangle ...so half base height ... base will be the radius of the circle ...height will be the length of the tanget (root s 11) .... multiply this by 2 to get the total area formed by both the tangents ....PLEASE APPROVE MY ANSWER IF YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE SOLUTION
