What is the total number of 4 digit numbers sum of whose digits is even

The sum can be even for following cases

e1,e2,e3,e4

e1,e2,o1,o2

o1,o2,o3,o4

here e1 e2 are same or different even numbers which can take part in permutation

similarly for other cases

likewise make all the sets and add for total even cases
