x2+ 1/x2 – 6
= x2+ 1/x2 – 2 – 4
= x2+ 1/x2 – 2(x)(1/x) – 4
=(x – 1/x)2 – 22
=(x – 1/x + 2)(x – 1/x – 2)
their absolute difference is 4
