The qadrtaic eqn. for the roots 2 and 6 is:f(x) = x^2 – 8x + 12and for the roots 2 and -9 :p(x) => x^2 – 7x -18The real quadratic eqns. with correct sum of the roots and the product if roots are:g(x) =x^2 – 7x + 12 = 0And the roots are (x-3) (x-4) =0x= 3 and x = 4 respectively.
