First lets solve the exponential part.
log​b​(log​b​N) / log​b​(​a) = log​a​(log​bN)     [since log​yx / log​yz = log​zx]
Now, we have alog​a(log​bN) ​= log​bN       [since xlog​x(y)​ = y]
Hence we have the answer log​bN.
