WE have 10 counters of each colour and 7 different colours. So in all = 70 counters

Now we have to choose 10 counters
Assume there are 10 blank spaces and you want to fill all 10 with some counters.
So for1st blank we have 7 choices only (either counter of red or pink or blue like that)
similarily we have 7 choice for all the other blanks also
