The tens of the numbers 3,4,5,6 are 30,40,50 and 60 respectively. Therefore, the sum of the tens will be :30+40+50+60=180.So,option(d) is the correct answer.

(4-1)! (30+ 40 + 50+ 60)
 
= 1080
