For this equation if you try to solve the value of b^2-4ac you will find it to be the square of (r+p-2q)And thus the delta is greater than 0 and roots are real..Later using the formulaX= (-b+_√delta)/2aU get the roots as (p-q)/q-r) and the other root is 1I hope this helps
