This problem can be simplified by keeping all four S togather and treating them as a single unit. Lets count and we have M-1 I-4 S-4 P-2 total of 11 alphabets and by keeping all S togather we have 7+1 alphabets units. Which can be used for permutations and it can be simplified to
N! Where N = 7+1 since all s are identical they are not elligible for their individual permitation so the final answer is 8!
