We are required to find the number of all possible matrices of order 3 × 3 with each entry 0 or 1.
The number of entries in a square matriox of order 3 x 3 = 9.
we consider teh position (1, 1).
This position can be filled in 2 ways, with either 0 or 1.
Hence, the same holds true for all the entries.
Hence, the total number of possible entries = 29
= 512.
This is the required answer.
