2(pi) =  1 rotation
2(pi) rotation means 60 minute
therefore
4(pi) rotation means 120 minute
In one day clock will lost 120 minute

Angular speed of,

minute hand : ωmh = 2π rad/hr = 48π rad/day

Assume at t = 0, when the clock begins to malfunction

angle covered by the minute hand in one day = 48π(rad/day)

decelerates at a rate α = 4π (rad/day2)

So, angular displacement = ω0(1 day) – (1/2)α(1 day)2

           = 48π – (1/2)(4π)

           =  46π

Hence the minute hand complete 23 revolutions, so the clock losses 1 hour.
